Procedures to access/download your items from Google Drive.

1.      Once you place your order, you will receive an email invite as follows:  “dbmanagement.info has invited you to view/access the following shared tutorial folder: “

2.       Once you click on the folder link on the e-mail, it will direct you to google drive site. It is better to open the link using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer 11 or higher.

3.       It is recommended to provide a g-mail account so you can save the tutorial with one click.

4.       Once you sign in, you will see all the files under the shared folder. On the top right of the page, please click the blue button “Open in Drive” because this current page might show a maximum of 500 file.  Opening with Google Drive will list every file.

5.       On the left menu bar, click on “Shared with me” and then view the folder.

6.       Please use the following shortcuts to download: Please select multiple files and right click to download

·         Press Control and the “A” key to select all.

·         Press Control and the “End” key to go to the last file on your list. Or keep pressing that until you see the end of files.

·         Press Control and the “Home” key to go to the first file on your list.

7.       Right click to download all of your items to your local drive. Once you complete your download, please make sure that you have the appropriate folder size is as your item description.

8.       Or right click on the folder we shared with you and then click “Add to my Drive”; this will make a copy of the data to your Google Drive.
